 HOW DO I GET STARTED?
After you have come to the place where you believe that God would have you serve in this very challenging environment, you need to make a commitment.  You can start by making a deposit to T.S.E.A.Inc and this will get you on the team.

 WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO NEXT?
Each team member will need to get a passport, turn in their personal testimony ASAP, and make regularly scheduled payments. The first $1,500.00 is for the purchase of airline tickets and therefore is non-refundable.

Friday,         July 31, 2009 Depart for Aruba/DFW

WHAT DOES THE COST INCLUDE?
Cost includes round trip airfare from DFW to Aruba, Round Trip airfare from Aruba to Venezuela, trip insurance, transportation in Venezuela, meals, double occupancy rooms in a Motel setting, witnessing materials and translators. This is not a Vacation and is a work trip.  All cost is tax deductible.  Make checks payable to T.S.E.A.Inc.

WILL WE MINISTER IN ENGLISH?
No.  Spanish is the Native language of Venezuela. Each group will have adequate interpreters to help with the work all week.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
The weather will be Warm.  Temperatures should be in the mid 70s at night to the high 90s during the day. Cool, casual, clothes, one nice outfit for Sunday services, Bible, testimonies, walking shoes, toiletries, spending money for any meals on the road and any souvenirs, snack foods, minor medications, [Ibuprofen, anti acid, lomotil, etc...] mosquito repellent, light jacket/sweater, shorts, modest swim suit, a servants attitude, a flexible Spirit, a prayed up heart, anticipation of God totally changing your heart and your life.  PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, NON PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, OR FIRE ARMS ARE PERMITTED. OF ANY KIND! EVER!

 WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED FROM ME?
Each team member will be responsible for sharing their own personal testimony during visitation as well as in at least one service during the week.  It will be absolutely imperative that you remember we are there for what God can do through us.  We are not there for what this trip can do for us.  This is a total give trip.  It will cost you in many ways and we will let God be the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

WHAT INOCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED?
This region of Venezuela does not require any inoculations.  However, Hepatitis vaccines are strongly suggested. Please consult your personal physician for other medication advice.

T.S.E.A.Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) tax exempt, corporation, for the purpose of sharing the gospel around the world.  T.S.E.A.Inc serves as the coordinator for the trip, on a volunteer basis.  This ministry is not responsible for the safety or provisions of those going.  While doing everything to maintain the safest environment, each team member is responsible for their own safety and any unexpected expenses they might incurred.
